I did the diaphragm strengthening exercise for about 3 minutes (10 lbs on a blanker over my diaphragm). Then I did an ad hoc yoga series with no particular sequence but a selection of standing poses, arm balances, inversions, back bends, twists forward bends and restorative poses. I began with a few sun salutations. I didn’t do my practice in the nude, not that it had any particular effect on my practice.
